Signature Flatbreads

Signature Flatbreads supplies all of the major UK retailers, and foodservice operators including some leading QSR outlets, with flatbreads, such as naans and tortilla wraps. The company also supplies other baked goods such as crumpets and pancakes. The company is investing £10 million in upgrading its existing bakeries and installing a brand new state-of-the-art high capacity plant. The new, fully automated plant will see the addition of two new production lines intended to meet increasing demand for high quality bread and to deliver new and innovative products early next year. Work is expected to be complete by the end of 2015.
