Signetics

Signetics is committed to ensuring that our products containing metal as a part of their material set comply with our policy of using Conflict-free materials including Tantalum(Ta), Tin(Sn), Tungsten(W) and Gold(Au). Signetics has been diligent in our efforts to ensure that our materials suppliers provide detailed information on the origins of the raw materials. These materials should not be sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) as well as other adjacent conflict areas. We will continue to take action to ensure that conflict metals do not enter our supply chain and we require a written agreement from all suppliers that maps out their materials back to the source of origin for their raw materials. We are also developing an internal tracking system for our procurement process with these suppliers. Signetics has and will continue to comply with the guidelines of the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and considers this to be part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility.
