Stephen Smith and Tony Poffenberger with the goal of providing customer-focused engineering services and products to both the government and commercial communities. Silver Palm Technologies' staff includes some of the leading radio frequency and digital/digital signal processing engineers with proud legacies in the signals intelligence (SIGINT) community tracing back to the historical Watkins-Johnson receiver group.
