Simon Fitzgerald

I joined Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed and Welch in 1977, and have been practicing bankruptcy law in Shreveport-Bossier City for the last 30 years. One of my partners, Paul Cooke, was with the firm when I joined. Paul and I are the older attorneys now. Our mentor, Archie Simon, was one of the premier bankruptcy attorneys in Louisiana and one of the original senior partners in Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. The Simon, Fitzgerald firm has been involved in the practice of bankruptcy law for well over 50 years, and we trace the original firm back to 1907. Over the years we have handled all types of bankruptcy matters, representing debtors, creditors and trustees of bankruptcy.
