Simployer

Simployer Group AS is a Scandinavian vendor of human resources software as a service. Simployer also offers HR consultancy and legal support to companies in Norway and Sweden. Bjørn Garder founded the company in 1985, and until 2020 the name was Infotjenester. In 2020 a majority of the shares was acquired by Ferd in a transaction that valued the company at $110 million.
