Six Mile Creek Vineyard

At Six Mile Creek Vineyard we are committed to giving back to our local communities. We proudly support a variety of 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations focused on education, research, the arts, and assorted charitable causes through donations. To facilitate donation requests, we ask that any organization seeking donations submit a completed Donation Request Form along with a ST-119.1 Form from the NY State Department of Taxation and Finance. Both forms must be submitted 1 week prior to the pick-up or shipment of goods. Please send the completed Donation Request Form and ST-119.1 to Peter Masse via email at [email protected] or mail to Six Mile Creek Vineyard, ATTN: Peter Masse, 1551 Slaterville Road, Ithaca, NY 14850. Please note that the submission of a donation request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the high number of donation requests we receive, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill every request. We will contact you as soon as possible upon receiving your request for donation as to whether we will be able to honor your request. Also note, while we appreciate all the good work people do we tend to limit our donations to Ithaca and the surrounding area. Typically Tompkins and Cortland counties.
