Sizzlers Corporate Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian company, registered as a Limited Liability Company has the following subsidiaries: • Sizzlers Restaurant and Fast Food Limited • SizzlersFoods Nigeria Limited • Winrock Engineering Services Limited • Winrock Investment and Management Company • Greenacres Microfinance Bank Limited • Greenacres Investment and Management Company Limited • Sizzlers Corporate Limited (UK) The company is structured to provide hotel and catering management support services, engineering services, mercantile and financial business, international business and telecommunications. The team is personally led by Dr. McCarthy Ijiebor (Chairman/CEO) and assisted by Mrs. Gloria McCarthy-Ijiebor (Managing Director), Mr. Kess Moke (Director of Admin), Mr. Parminder Singh (GGM), Mr. John Orubu (Asset Manager), and a crop of other seasoned professionals in the financial et al. The company started with an asset base of about N9.5million, propelled by a crop of talented and dedicated staff. The asset base has increased to over N2 billion within a period of about 15 years. Currently, we have fourteen (14) branches/sales outlets in five (5) states; Delta, Edo, Rivers, Bayelsa, Lagos States and has an average turnover of over N3 billion.
