Our Partner Consultants are women from all across India who work as a 'Partner' on a 'Pay To Performance Model'. We offer the initial training and do the virtual handholding until they are Job Ready after which they can choose to work from home with flexible working hours. These women are from diversified work background. They are smart young women, excellent communicators and experts of their industry often not able to find work options which can offer a flexible work hours or would like to stay close to their family and have a stable career. This idea was backed through some of our Esteemed Clients with whom we are now associated and working to support their hiring needs. We are also partnering with National Skill Development Corporation and #SheMeansBusiness , a Facebook initiative to help promote our Business and connect women who are looking for flexible work options on virtual office platform. Our long term goal is 'Support the Cause of Women Returning to Workforce
