Skyrock

Skyrock, created in 1986, is France's leading radio station for the under- 25s with an audience of 4 million listeners every day. Inspired by the free radio movement, Skyrock is the free-expression radio station of the new generation. The "Radio Libre" interactive talk programme hosted by Difool is the most popular radio programme in the evening slot France, all radio stations taken together. As a sounding box for street culture and the multicultural movement, Skyrock helped give birth to and remains at the heart of the new French music dynamic with its programme of the latest rap and r'n'b. Skyrock is also the first electronic radio community of the new generation through its interactive text-messaging, mobile and Internet platform. Skyrock is controlled by its founder Pierre Bellanger, associated with the UK investment fund Morgan Grenfell Private Equity.
