SkyWalker Property Partners is actively involved in purchasing commercial real estate properties in Texas and throughout the Southwest. It's a three-step process at SkyWalker Property Partners when we source a deal we like - Evaluate, Negotiate and Close. We view opportunities individually and think out of the box when looking for value creation strategies. Currently we are looking at acquisitions of Office, Industrial, Flex and Retail projects generally considered to be Class A, B and C properties with a price target of $1 million to $10 million and the resources for larger projects. Additionally we are looking at distressed projects, bank real estate owned (REO) assets and bank notes.
