Sliders Grill & Bar was established in 1993 by Fred Marcantonio with a mission to provide the community of Plainville, CT with its very own hometown sports bar. Sliders' menu includes an array of starters, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and of course, their award-winning chicken wings and local craft beer. It's a high-energy spot during big games; they were voted one of the Top 5 Sports Bars in the USA by ESPN The Magazine in 2011. Sliders won awards at the National Chicken Wing Festival out of Buffalo, New York in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Overall, they have accumulated hundreds of title awards for categories such as: Best Wings, Best Sports Bar, Best Happy Hour, and Best Late Night Dining.
