San Marcos Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC services to commercial and residential customers throughout the Austinâ€"San Antonio Corridor and surrounding areas since 1986. The company is led by its President, Lucas Novak, and guided by Mike Novak, Executive Chairman of San Marcos Air Conditioning. Mike Novak is also Chairman & CEO of Novak Group LLC, an energy efficiency solutions provider based in San Antonio. San Marcos Air Conditioning was acquired by the Novaks in September 2012 from its founder, Bill Mann, with an aim to expand the company’s ability to meet the growing demand for HVAC and energy solutions services in the burgeoning Austin-San Antonio Corridor. SM Air provides air conditioning and heating services for residential and commercial customers in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area.
