He began his career as an extern at the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Orlando and as an associate at the prestigious firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida. Those experiences on both sides of the debtor-creditor relationship help him resolve conflicts and confidently engage in litigation when it serves the client's goals and interests. Mr. Childers has served in leadership positions in professional organizations and is a member of the esteemed Order of the Coif.
