Smartology
Smartology was founded in London in 2010, initially working with media owners including the BBC, FT, Independent and Evening Standard to target editorial content more efficiently across their digital properties. In 2012, FT.com asked whether we could re-focus our solution to tackle the increasing demand of their advertising clients to make better use of their branded content in advertising campaigns. A 9 month trial ensued with a Swiss business school resulting in a record breaking CTR of 0.8%. During 2013 SmartMatch was developed into a robust, scalable platform with multiple clients joining in Europe. Smartology now works with a network of the world's leading publishers, including FT, Bloomberg, Reuters, Haymarket, Seeking Alpha and the Economist, running campaigns for the world's largest brands in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Our vibrant team has a great deal of diverse experience, coming from all four corners of the globe. We are excited by our success to date and proud to offer an advanced media technology solution which solves many of the key challenges the industry is grappling with including viewability, ad blocking, privacy, brand protection, and click fraud.
