We provide these products and services through a national distribution network of company-operated branch offices, sub-brokers and independent distributors. As of March 31, 2016, we had 77 branch offices, including overseas offices in each of Dubai and New York, and approximately 2,400 sub-brokers, who exclusively sell our products out of their own firms in over 550 cities across India. In addition, more than 14,000 independent distributors sold third party products on our behalf during the three fiscal years ended March 31, 2016. We believe that our client service focused business model and over 20-year history have earned us a strong reputation and brand recognition throughout India. In 2015, the Associated Chambers of Commerce of India, or ASSOCHAM, named us the ''Best Financial Services Provider'' and ''Best Real Estate Broker.'' In addition, Dun & Bradstreet India, in association with the BSE Limited, or BSE, has recognized us as the ''Best Equity Broking House in the Derivative Segment of India'' in each of 2014, 2013 and 2012, the ''Fastest Growing Equity Broking House-Large Firm'' in 2013 and the ''Broking House with the Largest Distribution Network in India'' in each of 2012, 2011 and 2010.
