San Mateo Daily Journal is a free, local newspaper that provides news to the residents of San Mateo County 6 days per week and has been in business since 2000. Founded by a group of investors and led by publisher Jerry Lee the Daily Journal has emerged as the leader in local news coverage in the San Mateo County Area. In 2008 Todd Waibel, Jo n Mays and Nick Zuezem became partners along with a handful of investors they took control of the day to day operations of the SMDJ.
