Smith & Associates

Smith & Associates is a full service appraisal firm with two offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. They include an East Bay Office and a Peninsula/South Bay Office. Additionally we have an office in Folsom, California. The San Francisco Bay offices provide commercial appraisal services for 17 Northern California counties and beyond. The principal, Dennis L. Smith, has over forty years of full time appraisal experience, and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is also qualified as an expert witness in several counties.
