Summit Real Estate Holdings

Summit is an Israeli public real estate company' whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company is controlled by MR. Zohar Levy in partnership with Clal Insurance Company Ltd. The largest Israeli insurance company. Summit was established in 1965 as a private company and in 1998 completed its initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the "TASE") and has since been a publicity traded company. Since its inception, the company has been engaged in various aspects of the real estate business. The company's primary emphasis is the purchase and operation of office buildings and commercial assets, which are leased to numerous commercial and industrial tenants.
