SMT will distribute the Sandvik product and service range via its local office, workshops based in Algiers and engineering services throughout the region. According to needs, SMT will also be able to call upon the services of Sandvik Construction located in France and the Sandvik factories, allowing its customers to benefit from the specialised advice and assistance that make Sandvik the premier supplier of construction equipment worldwide. As the official distributor of Volvo Construction Equipment, SMT built a strong network in 23 countries of North, Central & West Africa and 3 countries in Europe (The Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg). With its new distribution contract, SMT is broadening its product range and strengthening its top-of-the-range positioning on the heavy equipment market.
