In 2015, dealing with energy suppliers was - frankly - a bit rubbish. Call waiting times were long, prices weren’t competitive and re-newables were the exception rather than the norm. That’s why we (hi, we’re Simon and Charlie, school friends who got into the energy industry together) set about building a renewable energy company that has customer service at its heart and a commitment to offering tariffs that are among the most competitively priced on the market, green or not.
