Social Development International (SODEIT) was founded in December 2005 and established 13 October 2006 in Cameroon with Registration Number:889/G.37/D.14/1/Vol.9/2AP/BAPP under Fako SDO - Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation and authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, USA as an incorporated non profit entity with Identity No.: 0101019699 NF 12/2011 and with EIN: 98 - 0662251. We are a small yet highly motivated, passionate, global thinkers and local based not for profit, non governmental, charity organisation that provides capacity building, research, Consultancy, health, advocacy and charity for the poor and underprivileged people and communities. SODEIT is a volunteer driven Organisation based in Cameroon. It aims to improve opportunities for children, adolescent and caregivers in risky and vulnerable situations through better education/training, health, advocacy, charity, participatory development and good governance. Our work is based on a collective commitment to support the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, Earth Charter International, United Nations Economic and social Council and other partners to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals - Vision 2030. We therefore have an integrated approach to sustainable community development. This means that our projects not only aim to lift people and community out of poverty but also to: People We are determined to end poverty and hunger, in all their forms and dimensions, and to ensure that all human beings can fulfil their potential in dignityand equality and in a healthy environment.
