We run custom estimation, depending on your job/project. Our support pricing starts at $999. To get your project estimate, post your job through our platform. 6. Do you have a free trial? How does it work? We offer a 7-day trial period to help you collect quotes, find the right person for your project and decide on next steps. For Support and Development services, we provide a 7-day refundable trial period. If, within 7-days from starting your project (unless you accept work to begin), you resign from using the freelancer/expert services, full price is refunded to your account. 7. How do you charge? What payment methods do you support? We currently support credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and ApplePay/GooglePay. Please email us at [email protected] if you'd like to request an alternative method of payment (invoice). We monitor customer satisfaction using monthly NPS questionnaires. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality of work or want to resign from the services within 7-day period, the payment is refunded to your credit card. 8. How do you communicate during the project? For all our projects, you get access to the dedicated communication platform to help you work with your expert team. After the start of the service, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details about the project and the communication (depending on your needs). 9. Do you work remotely or on-site? We work remotely using communication tools like video conferencing software, communication platform, project management tools and time tracking/reporting. If you require our support on-site, we can send the team member on site or if required, find the right freelancer in your location. 10. How does quality assurance/monitoring work? We monitor the quality of provided services by proper customer surveys sent to the customers every week or month, depending on the size of the project. If the customer is not satisfied with the services we switch the person dedicated to the project and/or involve internal tech team in working on the project with the customer. We also provide a safe escrow payment mechanism to ensure the quality and timely delivery for our projects.
