SOKO SEIREN Co., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the textile business. The main activities of the Company consists of the dyeing and processing of various fiber products, the manufacture and sale of fiber products and various industrial equipment, as well as the packing and transportation of its products. The Company operates in two business segments. The Textile segment has two business divisions. The Contracted Processing division is engaged in the scouring, dyeing, printing and specialized finishing of chemical fabrics and knitted fabrics. The Product Sales division is engaged in the purchase, processing and sale of fiber products. The Others segment is involved in the manufacture and repair of equipment, the sale of fiber products and the construction of interiors. The Company has four subsidiaries and one associated company.
