Soligen has assembled an excellent team to assist it in its growth plan. This team combines the operational industry experience of Soligen's founders with the diverse operational, managerial, and financial expertise of Soligen's board members and advisors. Yehoram Uziel has served as President and a Director of Soligen since its inception in 1991. Prior to Soligen he served for 3 years as Vice President of Engineering at 3D Systems, Inc., (NasdaqNM:TDSC) a rapid prototyping manufacturer based in Valencia, California. Mr. Uziel was co-founder, Division manager and Director of New Business Development of Optrotech, Inc. (NasdaqNM:ORBK), a manufacturer of inspection equipment for the printed circuit board industry which is based in Israel. From December 1990 to December 1993, Mr. Uziel was Chairman of the Board of ConceptLand Ltd., a rapid prototyping service bureau based in Israel. Mr. Uziel received a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel. Amir Gnessin is the Company's Vice President of Engineering since April 1994. Mr. Gnessin, member of the founding team, joined the Company in August 1992 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and was promoted to Mechanical Team Leader in February 1993. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Gnessin worked as a design engineer and manager at Optrotech, Inc., a manufacturer of inspection equipment for the printed circuit board industry that is based in Israel. Mr. Gnessin received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel. Charles W. Lewis is the Company's Vice-President for Quality assurance. Prior to co-founding Soligen, Mr. Lewis, was Director of Engineering for BHK Inc., and Program Manager for 3D Systems, Inc., a rapid prototyping firm based in Valencia, California. Mr. Lewis received a B.A. in Physics from the University of California, San Diego. Gary Kanegis is the Company's Sales Vice President since May 2000. Prior to Soligen Mr. Kanegis was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Key Technology (NasdaqNM:KTEC), Vice President of Corporate Operations of Spectron Engineering, Inc., and Manager of Sales and Operations for Spectron Instrument Corp. Mr. Kanegis received a B.sC. in Engineering from the Metropolitan State College in Denver Colorado. Mr. Robert Davidson is The Company's Vice President of Manufacturing Santa Ana Division since May 2000. Prior to Soligen, Mr. Davidson was Product Manager/New Programs Engineering for Baja Pacific Light Metal Corp., Foundry Superintendent, Manager of New Technologies Development and Operations Manager Western Wheel Corp., and supervisor at Hayes-Albion Corp., a manufacturer of rough machined, aluminum intake manifolds, cylinder heads and master brake cylinders to G.M., Ford and Chrysler. Mr. Davidson received a B.A from the University of Wisconsin.
