RTM Communications, Inc. was founded in February 1999. The focus from the start was to remove the mystery for small to medium size businesses regarding their voice and data communications needs. It was apparent to RTM that their clients - the very people responsible for the core communications infrastructure of their companies - were increasingly being challenged with new applications, corporate growth and changing technologies. RTM was designed to help support those managers in meeting their daily challenges. From the beginning, education and industry recognized certifications were important to RTM. They recruited the most experienced engineering and sales staff from the previously separate worlds of voice, local area and wide area communications. During their first year in business RTM proudly became Cisco, Microsoft and AT&T certified. RTM Communications continues to grow to meet its customers' needs. RTM moved to their new offices at 9 Executive Park Drive in Merrimack, NH. Merrimack has proven to be an ideal location as it is central to southern New Hampshire as well as provides quick highway access to greater eastern Massachusetts.
