SomnoMed Limited is engaged in the commercialization of the SomnoDent MAS and other oral devices for sleep related disorders in Australia and worldwide. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, the Company manufactures and designs a range of oral appliances for the treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB), relieving such conditions as Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Bruxism (Teeth Grinding). The Company operates in 20 countries throughout the world through its wholly owned subsidiaries in Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, United States and Europe. In July 2013, Somnomed Ltd announced the acquisition of the business of Orthosleep19 GmbH in Germany. In October 2013, Somnomed Ltd announced the expansion of its business in the Republic of Korea
