South America Backpacker is part of a larger company that is crazy about backpacking all over the world! We're called Backpacker International. We started off life as South East Asia Backpacker Magazine over five years ago, in June 2009. With 30 print magazines over five years (you can view them all here!) we gained fame and popularity all over South East Asia which spread internationally as people followed our website and online magazine. In July 2014, we decided to make our magazine a FREE digital download in order to reach more people globally. We launched South America Backpacker in January 2014 and will soon be launching a European website - yep, you guessed it - Europe Backpacker!
