Established in 1994, Southern Scapes is a full service landscape company servicing Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Our staff of skilled personnel serves apartment communities, homeowner associations, local banking facilities and other commercial properties. Southern Scapes services include Landscape Design and Installation, Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation Maintenance, Site Plan Evaluation and Mulch Blowing services. We believe these services will provide our clients with one-stop-shopping and less hassle. Though a team effort, Southern Scapes was instrumental in positioning the following clients as South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) Rainbow Award recipients: The Vinings at Boynton Beach received the 1999 Rainbow Award for Apartment Community of the Year. St. Andrews at Palm Aire received the 1999 & 2000 Rainbow Award for Best Overall Apartment Community Landscaping. Pinebrook Pointe received the 2001 Rainbow Award for Best Overall Apartment Community Landscaping. While we are individually owned and owner-operated, providing you with personal and professional service, we are large enough to handle all of our clients' special needs.
