Failure to provide complete and accurate information me be cause for delay or complete denial of coverage by your insurance company. Please be sure to notify our office of any and all changes to your insurance. Estimates for insurance coverage of dental treatment are merely estimates written by our staff based upon our knowledge of previous coverage by dental insurance providers. South Shore Dentistry cannot be held responsible if insurance varies from the estimated balance provided.
