Spade Corporation was founded as Spade Pipeline in 1969 to continue a history of constructing natural gas and petroleum products pipelines. The company incorporated in Kentucky in 1972, began narrowing its focus to the petroleum and petro-chemical industry, and expanded its services and operational area. The name was changed to Spade Corporation in 1987 to reflect the increasing range of services offered to our clients. Providing the reliable, comprehensive services our clients require, with the personal service and integrity you would expect from a family owned business, every day, every time. Our company has evolved into a full line petroleum construction and maintenance organization, providing everything from fully integrated turn key projects to routine maintenance and emergency response, always with the goal of providing a safe and responsible working environment for our people, our clients, and the communities in which we work. We have been fortunate to develop long term relationships with our clients, most of whom are the nation's major oil companies, and as the industry and their needs have changed, so have we.
