Holis Wellness Center has been promoting healthy lifestyles in Costa Rica since 1993 and we continually feel fortunate because we live in Manuel Antonio: a gorgeous beach town where we swim in the ocean which is never out of sight even from our studio, we spy monkeys cruising through the trees and constantly breathe in the air of the tropical rainforest. Because we love what we do in inspiring people to feel better, we can proudly say that we happily live a 'Pura Vida' (pure life) day, every day.
