Our online system allows you to set your own terms, create your own fundraising campaign and manage the entire financing, closing and, repayment process (if you elect to launch a debt offering). It's simple: A small business sets up a SparkMarket campaign and asks its network and community to support it directly through an investment or loan. Community members pledge to invest or lend to the business using SparkMarket's intrastate compliant offering tools. When a campaign closes successfully, the backers become lenders or investors, and either get repaid or own stock in the business.
