The company was founded in 1945 and is based in Kent, Washington with branch locations in Salt Lake City, Utah; Ontario, California; Kent and Yakima, Washington; Boise, Idaho; Billings, Montana; and Gillette, Wyoming. It also has branch locations and build centers in Modesto, California; and Portland, Oregon.
