Spez was founded by Esmeralda De Souza and Spencer Fondaumiere in 2007 and incorporated in June 2008. We are passionate about delivering great food and memorable services. Spez has worked off referrals and served over fifty different companies within the country. Local and International companies appreciate our creative approach in customizing menus to suit their specific events and needs. We specialize in creating fusion cuisine using a combination of classic and modern dishes from all around the world.
