Spintec Precision Manufactory

Spintec Precision Manufactory Limited is a Hong Kong registered company which specializes in manufacturing of precision metal parts and gears. Such as small modules of gears, worm gear, electric motor shafts and related metal parts widely used in the products for Automotive, Medicals, Industrials, High-end home appliances and Professional power tools. The overall capacity was over 100 millions piece in unit. In order to further support our customers local sales development in China, the company established a subsidiary company Spintec Precision (Shenzhen) Limited in Shenzhen, China. The export overseas sales and local China sales ratio is about 60:40 in 2015. Spintec has been qualified by ISO/TS16949:2009, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, WWF-LCMP (WWF-Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme). Start from 2012, the company was awarded by the ¡°Hong Kong ¨C Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme¡± which is jointly launched by The Hong Kong Government, and the Guangdong Province Government awarding commendations to those Hong Kong-owned enterprises which demonstrate active participation in cleaner production. In order to improve the overall efficiency, the company had implemented Epicor ERP system, and continuously invested in automation. The Lean Production System was also introduced for continuous improvement on cost, leadtime and production flexibility. Total number of staff is near 400 which consists of 80 staff are under general management, engineering, technical, quality and supply chain departments.
