Sport-Thieme has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We hold ourselves and our supply chain accountable and fully comply with the standards of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We recognise that modern slavery is a complex supply chain issue and we work closely with our customers, suppliers and partners to prevent it. We are undertaking all reasonable and practical steps, including factory, warehouse and tied accommodation inspections and audits, to ensure that our standards are being implemented within our suppliers´ businesses and that local legislation and regulations are complied with. Moreover, we have established our own sustainability report with information about social, environmental and economic challenges. The company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking. The company directors will take full responsibility for implanting this policy statement and its objectives and will provide adequate resources (training etc.) and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation and its supply chains. This policy statement will be reviewed annually and updated if necessary.
