Sprezzatura Management Consulting LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) comprised of "problem solvers" who get things done and make things happen for our customers. Our management approach helps customers to bridge "silos" of information, increase collaboration, enhance access to corporate knowledge, reduce unnecessary phone and email traffic, save man-hours, and most importantly, speed decision/production cycles. Sprezzatura focuses on assisting management organizations (PMOs, Headquarters, etc) to improve performance leveraging our core competencies of Project, Program, Knowledge, and Change Management. We view these disciplines as inextricably linked. The purpose of any management organization is to provide decision makers with the information they need when they need it in order to make the best possible decisions. Using this logic, we argue that the core function of any management organization is in reality knowledge management. Our proficiency in these areas stems from our leadership approach and extensive experience with headquarters staffs and PMO's within the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Education, and General Services Administration. We work along side our clients to understand and anticipate their needs, then solve problems at their behest. We integrate with other staff resources and existing IT tools, rework processes to take advantage of those tools, and apply KM principles to make information within an organization accessible, discoverable, reusable, and actionable. To effectively implement required change we apply Change Management principles to communicate, socialize, and enable clients on new concepts, improved processes and use of technology, and often, initiate change in the organizational culture itself.
