Springboard

Operation Springboard is committed to building stronger communities by helping youth and adults develop the skills they need to reach their full potential. As a charitable organization, we provide innovative, professional and diverse programming by establishing partnerships between our clients and their community. Springboard was founded in 1969 and incorporated in 1974, making it one of Ontario’s most established non-profit organizations. We receive funding from the Province of Ontario, the Government of Canada, the City of Toronto and a number of other corporations and foundations. We are governed by a 12 member Board of Directors and supported by our Advisory Board and Patron Committee, who works with our Senior Executive staff to provide counsel, broaden our support and establish partnerships for our work.
