The S.R. Brooks Company, Inc. ("SRBC") is a boutique professional services firm which provides accounting, advisory, management consulting, and litigation support and dispute resolution services. Although our clients include both public and private companies across various industry lines, we have particular expertise in venture-backed enterprises in the technology sector.
