Southside Deli

South Side Deli is owned and operated by Brad Garman and was opened on July 1, 2008 to provide Carlisle the hearty sandwiches and subs missing in town. Brad was born and raised in Carlisle, graduating from Carlisle High in 1987. He has always had a passion to own a deli. When his mother passed away on April 24, 2008, the reality sank in that tomorrow is not guaranteed, so he knew he had to take the chance to make his dreams a reality.
