Times have changed considerably and we have changed with them. Expansion of services to meet the varied requirements of our clients has seen Staig & Smith Ltd develop into a multi-discipline company. The company has offices based in Nelson and Christchurch, and serves private, corporate, government and local authority clients throughout the lower North Island, the West Coast and the South Island. Staig & Smith Ltd employs professional planners, surveyors along with engineering staff and support from a team of experienced staff with modern systems and technology. We offer a broad base of services to assist clients in bringing their projects to fruition within the framework of the Resource Management Act and Local Authority planning regulations and LINZ requirements. Following the September 2010 earthquake Staig & Smith have become involved in the survey of damaged buildings in Christchurch to assess verticality and floor mis-levelment. Memberships
