Stanusch Technologies

Stanusch Technologies (previously: Maciej Stanusch Consulting Services) was founded in January 2000. From the beginning of its activity, the company was focused on professional advisory services related to the CRM system implementations. During realization of many projects (e.g. for such companies as: Acer, American Express, Compaq Computer, Rockwool, SAP, Schneider Electric), the company discovered that, despite the implementation of specialized systems supporting company management, those companies still had problems related to information management or high costs of the customer service. This was the impulse to search for intelligent solutions that would be able to solve such problems. Therefore, since 2003, company has been actively investing in research and development works on a group of applications using artificial intelligence methods and techniques. In 2006, we created a prototype of "natural language processing engine", what persuaded us to change the company's profile from consulting to research anddevelopment. This process started at the beginning of 2007. In July 2007, the company was transformed into a limited company and in August we opened a laboratory in the Upper-Silesian Technological in Ruda Slaska. In 2008, Stanusch Technologies concluded an investment agreement with Phenomind Ventures SA, a fund now holding 60% of the company's shares. The main and prestigious investor of the Phenomind Ventures fund is Kulczyk Holding SA, the involvement of which allowed the company to rapidly improve its products and start marketing activity, making it possible for us to achieve the leading position in Poland and third in the world with regard to the number of realized Virtual Assistant projects. Fast development of the company and the necessity of further investments in our products encouraged us to transform our company into a joint-stock company and search for the capital on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's NewConnect market . This process is planned for 2010.
