STAR CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTANCY Ltd is a private limited liability company registered by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) according to law No. 07/2009 of 27/04/2009 relating to companies with a registration code: 100028040. It was founded in 1996 with an objective of offering quality and state of the art construction and engineering services in Rwanda and is ISO 9001 certified by Rwanda Standards Board. Over the years, Star Construction and Consultancy Ltd has gained experience in Construction of Power substations, buildings, Roads, Wastewater solutions, Irrigation engineering projects and fabrication of concrete related products. We have identified ourselves with good quality work, proper and accurate management of time and scope.
