At StarLite Cruises, the wellbeing of our guests and crew members remains our foremost priority. At present, Pinellas County has had minimum exposure to COVID-19. We hope that trend continues, but as all responsible entities should do, StarLite Cruises is vigilant and taking additional measures to minimize exposure to the virus to our guests and crew members. As businesses around the country are implementing additional safety measures related to the COVID-19 outbreak, we at StarLite would like to share what we are doing to protect our valued guests and crew members. StarLite employs comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing efforts. Our crew members are ServSafe Certified. Extensive and vigorous cleaning and disinfection of vessels with special cleaning agents are conducted on all common surfaces prior to each cruise. As of 05/18/20, we have resumed operations on a somewhat modified schedule. Following the orders given by Governor DeSantis and Pinellas County, we are limiting passenger capacity to 50%. We are limiting reservations to no more than 10 in a single party. We are spreading out tables to allow 6-foot spacing and creating additional social distancing between passenger reservation parties. We are doubling crew member hand washing requirements. We are screening crew members for COVID-19 symptoms and prohibiting any crew from working that are exhibiting any signs. We are advising customers to adhere to social distancing practices while moving throughout the vessel. We are sanitizing and cleaning through out each vessel during each cruise for common touch points. Handsanitizer and hand washing stations are available for all customers on board. All employees are required to wear a face mask while interacting with customers. Menus are now single use paper. We are doing everything we can to have our vessels ready for you. In turn, we will also ask our passengers these questions: Have you traveled out of the country within the last 14 days?, Have you been exposed to anyone with symptoms of COVID-19?, Do you currently have any symptoms related to COVID-19? If passengers answer yes to any of these questions, we ask that they postpone their trip with us and cruise with us at a later date. Choose one of our regularly scheduled cruises for that spec ial occasion like a birthday or anniversary. For larger parties, we offer private dining areas and private vessel charters.
