STARZS INVESTMENTS COMPANY LIMITED (SICL) is a wholly indigenous Limited Liability Company incorporated in Nigeria as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act on 17th April, 1984. The Company has its Head Office in Port Harcourt and was registered to participate principally in the marine sector of the Oil & Gas industry in Nigeria. Starzs Investments Company Limited is located on the upstream shores of the Bonny River with about 0.3 hectares backup land along Reclamation Road, Port Harcourt, the nerve centre for Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. The river leads into the main port of Port Harcourt, River State. SICL has executed contracts from reputable international oil companies including Chevron Nigeria Limited, the Operator of the NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture, Star Deepwater Petroleum, S.P.D.C Eastern Division and TOTAL E & P Nigeria Limited. The successful execution of these projects have raised our profile and made us one of the strong forces in the industry. The reason for this level is not far-fetched. The company meets the quality standards expected by clients and by classification societies. It has in place a Quality Management System & Quality Control procedures are also established for the principal tasks in the company.
