We follow a coherent strategy that enables our diverse portfolio to continually adapt to changing economic environments - we aim firstly to protect our existing businesses and then take advantage of any aligned opportunities. We run all of our businesses for profit to ensure that we can invest any surpluses appropriately, both to grow the businesses as well as achieve our wider aspirations and vision. We are also mindful of our role to set the context and direction for our businesses so that they act as a catalyst to encourage others to invest in a wide range of creative, hospitality and land based businesses that complement and reinforce the character of the area.
