It would be our pleasure to accommodate your son/daughter while visiting the University of Illinois. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for guests visiting to and from Willard Airport (CMI), Champaign Train Station and any university campus building. Prior to their visit we ask that you to provide a letter with your contact information in case of an emergency as well as your son or daughters name and phone number for us to reach them during their visit. Do you have a pool? Unfortunately, we do not have a pool on location. We do, however; have access to one of the country's largest on-campus recreation centers at the University of Illinois Activities and Recreation Center (ARC). The ARC facility is located less than one mile from our hotel and offers indoor and outdoor pool access, a sauna, a rock climbing wall, indoor track, and full weight room. It would be our pleasure to arrange for passes and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the ARC during your stay at the I Hotel. In addition, we do maintain a strong relationship with a number of Country Club's and the local aquatic parks in the area and would be able to arrange access to those as well. I am checking into the hotel and am having some packages shipped, are you able to hold them for me until I arrive? It would be our pleasure to hold any packages that would need to be shipped to the area prior to your arrival to the hotel. Our only request is that you properly label the packages with your name and arrival date. We would be happy to accommodate delivery to your room upon check-in and or forward your package to our conference center team for your event. Do you offer shuttle service? It would be our pleasure to shuttle you throughout Champaign/Urbana during your stay. We offer complimentary services to Willard Airport (CMI), the train station, as well as all University of Illinois facilities. If you would like to visit any local restaurants or stores we can also accommodate you and a guest with our shuttle service for a small service fee along with arranging any reservations you may require. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if a service is required so that we can make accommodations for your stay. I am arriving at O'Hare/Midway Airport; do you have any recommendations on getting to Champaign? We have various recommendations for transportation from O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) airports to the Champaign-Urbana area please contact us for additional service options.
