StayFriends GmbH is a leading provider of online communities for former classmates and friends in Europe. The company was founded in 2002 and operates social networking platforms with more than 25 million members in Germany (stayfriends.de), Austria (stayfriends.at), Switzerland (stayfriends.ch), France (trombi.com) and Sweden (stayfriends.se). Since January 2004, the Erlangen-based company is a 100% subsidiary of Classmates Online Inc. in Seattle/USA, which in turn is part of United Online, Inc., with headquarters in Los Angeles/USA.
