C. Steinweg Group

The C. Steinweg Group was founded in 1847 by Constantin Steinweg. Since 1858, C. Steinweg (Süd-West Terminal) GmbH & Co. KG operates in the port of Hamburg on an 18 ha terminal (a terminal extension by 40,000 m² is currently taking place). At six berths (total length 1,350 m), goods of all kinds are handled; project cargo handling is one of the core competences. The two mobile harbor cranes (of six cranes in total) are able to lift up to 300 t unit weight. In addition to the handling of conventional cargo, C. Steinweg offers freight forwarding services, warehousing, distribution, seaworthy packaging & product control. C. Steinweg attributes great importance to the fulfillment of the customers requirements.
