We offer a specialist range bespoke services based around the training-cycle (identify-design-delivery-measure). Design - We assist Trainers, Instructors and Knowledge Experts by designing-from-scratch or polishing existing training materials to a pre-defined standard. Delivery - We design and deliver customer-specific personal development Workshops aimed at junior/middle managers. We also work with new or experienced Trainers, Instructors and Knowledge Experts to improve their impact with audiences during training delivery. Workshop numbers are kept to an sensible size to maximise the learning opportunities. One to one coaching is also available. Our bespoke nature means that we do not run off-the-shelf nor public events.
